My nose carried me to U Cavagnetu last summer when I visited Monte Carlo, and I can tell you it is never wrong...It's a smart place in rue Comte-Felix Gastandi, with Monagasque dishes. I'm quite tight-fisted when it comes to spending my money on things that can't be helpful on the long term, such as food :)... but the 14.50 euros lunch menu and 20-15 euros dinner were a reasonable deal.
